DOOR CURTAIN MATERIALS AND CONSTRUCTION Door Panel: Multi-layered, woven, dimensionally stable, puncture resistant, polymer impregnated monofilament polyester fabric. Manufacturers standard 2mm thick panel sections connected by two integral extruded panel connecting ribs and 31-inch high, replaceable full-width PVC vision panel.. Side Frames: Bolted, anodized aluminum construction with front side, and back side, full-height brush seals. Bottom Beam: Rigid, low-provide bottom beam fabricated of anodized aluminum alloy 6063 of height recommended by manufacturer for door width. Provide impact resistant bottom beam with Self Repair Device capable of automatically resetting the door for operation after impact. Curtain Jamb Guides for Service Doors: Fabricate curtain jamb guides of 12 and 14-gauge gavannealed steel to retain curtain and allow curtain to operate smoothly. Provide with manufacturers standard hinged steel covers to protect balance and tension system. ELECTRIC DOOR OPERATORS General: Provide electric door operator assembly of size and capacity recommended and provided by door manufacturer for door indicated. Provide manufacturers standard self-diagnostic control panel with programmable logic controller with capability to program door to operate at speeds up to 100 inches per second. Remote-Control Station: Provide momentary-contact, three-button control station with push-button controls labeled Open, Close, and Stop. Provide interior units, full-guarded, surface-mounted, heavy-duty type, with general-purpose NEMAICS6, Type1 enclosure. Obstruction Detection Device: Provide each motorized door with indicated external automatic safety sensor capable of protecting full width of door opening. Activation of sensor immediately stops and reverses downward door travel. Photoelectric Sensor: Manufacturer's standard system designed to detect an obstruction in door opening without contact between door and obstruction. Self-Monitoring Type: Designed to interface with door operator control circuit to detect damage to or disconnection of sensing device. When self-monitoring feature is activated, door closes only with sustained pressure on close button. Sensor Edge: Provide each motorized door with an automatic safety sensor edge, located within weather stripping mounted to bottom bar.
