Inspired by the dedication and service of our people, the Caring Fund was created to help all employees and educational appointees when they need it most.

The Caring Fund began helping employees and their families recover from disasters beginning with the 2011 Texas wildfires. Over the years, it has expanded to help more than 1,000 employees and educational trainees cope with natural disasters, like Hurricane Harvey, and other unexpected hardships. With gifts from donors across the country, the Caring Fund has provided more than $1.2 million to help employees with extraordinary expenses when they need it most.
