The MD Anderson Cancer Network? advances the institution¡¯s mission to end cancer by collaborating with like-minded community hospitals and health systems to elevate the overall quality of cancer care nationwide. The network provides members with a wide range of services, from quality assurance and best practice guidelines to full clinical integration. Member hospitals also benefit from ²Ñ¶Ù&²Ô²ú²õ±è;´¡²Ô»å±ð°ù²õ´Ç²Ô¡¯²õ knowledge as a top cancer center by gaining access to cutting-edge technologies, patient treatment protocols, education, research and the institution¡¯s unique multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
Members fall into three categories, based on their level of clinical integration: Certified members partner with MD Anderson for decision support, and clinical care is delivered by the local hospital/health system; associate members represent international hospitals whose multidisciplinary oncology program is integrated with MD Anderson; and partner members are essentially an extension of MD Anderson in the local hospital/health system¡¯s community, with full integration of cancer care and research.
